entitythree - serious change

What makes us tick

1. People and Partners

Our leaders and small delivery team are a group of people with extensive experience in industry. We have considerable depth in critical execution disciplines.

We are a niche player with the appetite, energy and courage for scaled outcomes. We don't operate a consulting bench.

We rely on specialist capability partners when we need to work at technical depth or mobilise at scale. These relationships extend from tier-one Consultants to smaller, highly specialised technology innovators and niche capability partners.  We also proudly work with our clients as capability partners when appropriate.

2. Industry relationships

The success of our business is built around great relationships with industry stakeholders at business, clinical, academic, and government agency levels. Without the vision and will of these people to collaborate with us for the sake of efficacy in industry transformation, we would not be able to deliver the services and assets to our partners and clients that we do.

entitythree people contribute to industry committees and working groups on both a paid and pro-bono basis.  We endeavour to give back to the industry, and at all times to use our networks to help innovation flourish.

Through our people we are able to bring together and work with the right industry stakeholder representatives to maximise the productivity of collaboration and problem solving interactions which are the backbone of successful implementation.

In many different ways we are immersed in activities associated with helping to solve problems, reach the market, develop ideas and business models, connect solutions to problems, and implement effective collaboration partnerships.

3. Excellence in execution

Our work is about stimulating and effecting change at both enterprise and industry levels. Change is an exciting and serious business, and no more so than in the industrial and enterprise contexts.

Change has risks associated with it.  Poor execution, or the failure to achieve outcomes, can be expensive.  Sometimes these costs are tangible, sometimes intangible, sometimes there are human implications.  We believe that with regard to controllable factors, the difference between resounding success and disappointment lies in the crucial elements of execution, which are a focal point in our work with stakeholders and clients.

4. Commitment

What's in a name?  Why "entitythree" and “serious change”?

Objective independence
The name is symbolic of our identity and role.  "entity" connects to a sense of objective independence, and our ability to operate in a variety of spaces.  It also taps into our character as an entrepreneurial player.

Enabler
The "three" signifies our enabling role, we see ourselves as important contributors but out of the spotlight, a galvanising force rather than a primary entity, such as entities "one" and "two".

Agent of change and transformation
Together the letters can be used to form the image of a butterfly, which we see as a perfect symbol of both transformation and serious change, which are at the heart of what we are striving to effect.
Health focus
“Serious” in our tagline connects to our appreciation of the importance and gravity of innovation and change, and of the increasingly widespread impacts of change on people’s lives, irrespective of where it originates.

Success through quality execution
“Serious” also connects to our passion to see change produce outcomes which are authentic, material, and efficient.  In other words, efficacious.  When this doesn’t happen as a consequence of poor execution, that’s when investment in change and innovation gets a bad image.  Strategy and change that fails due to poor execution can damage businesses, industries, and individuals.  So it’s a serious business (that’s why our butterfly is looking a little 'serious').
